Our Authenticity Guarantee

At CornerStonez_Kickz, we know the sneaker game — and we know that fakes are real. That's why every single pair we sell goes through a rigorous authentication process before it ever ships to you. Your trust is our foundation.

🔍 How We Authenticate Every Pair

  • Authorization Comes First: Each pair is purchased from an Authorized Retail Distributor or an Authorized Sneaker Boutique within our list of Global Suppliers.
  • Physical Inspection: We examine stitching, sole construction, toe box shape, and heel tab for brand-specific details that fakes can't replicate.
  • Tag & Label Verification: SKU numbers, factory codes, and size tags are cross-referenced against manufacturer databases.
  • Material Check: Materials, textures, and colorways are verified against authenticated reference pairs.

If a pair doesn't pass — it doesn't ship. Period.

📦 What Does "Deadstock" Mean?

Deadstock (DS) means a pair is brand new, unworn, and in its original, undamaged box — exactly as it came from the factory. No try-ons. No display wear. No exceptions.

When you see DS listed on a product, you're getting the freshest possible version of that sneaker.

📋 Condition Grading

We're transparent about the condition of every pair we sell. Here's our grading system:

  • Deadstock (DS): Brand new, unworn, original box in perfect condition.
  • Near Deadstock (NDS): Tried on once or twice indoors. No visible sole wear. Box may have minor shelf wear.
  • Very Near Deadstock (VNDS): Lightly worn a handful of times. Minimal wear on soles. Still presents excellently.
  • Used: Gently worn with visible but light signs of use. Condition details noted in the product listing.

Condition is always disclosed upfront. No surprises when your box arrives.

🔄 Return & Guarantee Policy

We stand behind every pair we sell:

  • Authenticity Guarantee: If a pair is ever verified as inauthentic by a third-party authenticator, we'll need to see the order number and verify the SKU. After review, we will issue a full refund — no further questions asked.
  • Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn pairs in original condition and box. Worn pairs are final sale.
  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.

To start a return or file a claim, email us or reach out through our contact page.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after authentication is complete. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

How does sizing work across brands?

Sizing can vary between brands — and even between silhouettes within the same brand. Here are some general guidelines:

Nike / Air Jordan: Generally true to size. Wide footers may want to go half a size up.

Yeezy (Adidas): Most Yeezy models run small. We recommend going half a size up, sometimes a full size for narrow styles like the 350.

Adidas (non-Yeezy): Typically true to size or slightly large.

When in doubt, check the product listing — we include specific sizing notes where relevant.

Are all your sneakers new?

Not all — we carry both deadstock (new) and pre-owned pairs. Every listing is clearly graded so you always know what you're getting. All pairs, new or used, go through our full authentication process.

Do you buy/trade sneakers?

Yes! Reach out to us through our contact page if you're looking to sell or trade a pair. We'll need photos, proof of purchase, and condition details to make an offer.

Can I get a pair authenticated before I buy?

Every pair is already authenticated before it's listed on our site. If you'd like additional documentation for a specific pair, just ask — we're happy to share it.

What if my size isn't listed?

Inventory moves fast in the sneaker world! If you don't see your size, contact us — we may be able to source it or add you to a waitlist for a specific pair.
